Updated ICH CAHPS Cover Letters Now Available

As per the revised Addendum that was posted on the ICH CAHPS website on May 20, 2014, the ICH CAHPS Coordination Team has revised the ICH CAHPS sample mail cover letters for both the first and second questionnaire mailings. The final sample mail cover letters in all approved languages are now available on the Survey Materials page. Survey vendors can use the sample cover letters, or they may choose to develop their own cover letters, provided that the cover letter requirements described in the ICH CAHPS Survey Administration and Specifications Manual are met.
