The self-paced Introduction to the ICH CAHPS Survey Training for vendor applicants and the ICH CAHPS Survey Vendor Update Webinar Training for approved vendors is held in February of each calendar year. An announcement will be posted each December with the specific training dates.
Self-paced Introduction to the ICH CAHPS Survey Training. To become an approved ICH CAHPS Survey vendor, vendor applicants must meet all survey vendor training requirements, including:
- Successfully completing the self-paced Introduction to ICH CAHPS Survey Training (all key vendor staff).
- Completing an ICH CAHPS Survey Training Certification upon completion of the introduction training (the vendor Survey Administrator).
Subcontractor staff required to complete the training include those conducting the following activities:
- Telephone survey data collection
- Mail survey receipt and processing
- Construction or submission of XML data files
All other subcontractors (those conducting printing, mail assembly, mailout activities, etc.) are strongly encouraged to complete the self-paced Introduction to the ICH CAHPS Survey Training, but are not required.
ICH CAHPS Survey Vendor Update Webinar Training. This training will cover all protocol changes since the previous ICH CAHPS Survey Vendor Update Webinar Training. Attendance is required for all approved ICH CAHPS Survey vendors in order to maintain approval status.
