The ICH CAHPS Coordination Team Annual Review (CTAR) is a newsletter that provides in-center hemodialysis (ICH) facilities and survey vendors with ICH CAHPS Survey information.

A new CTAR will be posted on the ICH CAHPS website every July. The CTAR will not replace any source of information currently on the ICH CAHPS website; instead, it will highlight important information for vendors and facilities between the Spring and Fall survey periods. We encourage you to monitor the ICH CAHPS website for more information on the items mentioned in the newsletters, and for additional updates and announcements related to the survey.
