The In-center Hemodialysis CAHPS (ICH CAHPS) Coordination Team occasionally sends e-mail messages containing important information regarding the ICH CAHPS Survey to in-center hemodialysis (ICH) facilities. The e-mails are sent to the person within the facility who has been designated as the facility’s designated ICH CAHPS Survey Administrator (SA). To make sure ICH facilities are up-to-date on all of the latest announcements regarding the Survey, it is important that facilities have the most current contact information listed on the ICH CAHPS website for the person designated as its Survey Administrator.
We encourage all facilities to review the contact information (email address and telephone number) listed on the ICH CAHPS website for their designated SA. To review and update the contact information, do the following.
- Log into the private side of the ICH CAHPS website using your username and password.
- Once logged into the website, select the Manager Users option on your personal dashboard.
- You can also view and update the contact information for the SA by selecting Manage Users under the For Facilities tab on the gray bar towards the top of the Home Page.
- In the Manage Users Console, Survey Administrators can add and remove users as well as update email addresses and phone numbers.
ICH Facility Survey Administrators should note that not all information about the ICH CAHPS Survey is distributed by email; some information is only disseminated by announcements posted on the ICH CAHPS website. We strongly recommend that all ICH facilities check the ICH CAHPS website on a periodic basis to review announcements about the Survey.
