The training materials that will be used during the ICH CAHPS Survey Vendor Update Training Session that will be held from 1:00 to 4:00 PM ET on February 18, 2026, are available on the ICH CAHPS website at the following link:

Email messages containing instructions for connecting to the training session via Zoom started going out to all registered attendees on February 11, 2026. Please contact the ICH CAHPS Coordination Team at ichcahps@rti.org if anyone registered for your organization does not receive this email message by COB Monday, February 16, 2026.
