Updated ICH CAHPS Survey Materials for the 2024 Fall Survey

As was first announced and posted in July 2024 (ICH CAHPS Announcements-Updated ICH CAHPS Survey Materials for the 2024 Fall Survey), the following ICH CAHPS Survey materials have been updated for the 2024 Fall Survey and are now posted on the ICH CAHPS website:

Materials posted to the “Survey Materials” page here:

• ICH CAHPS Cover Letter 1 in all approved languages (5 letters)
• ICH CAHPS Cover Letter 2 in all approved languages (5 letters)
• Mail surveys in Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese (2 mail surveys)

Vendors should use these updated ICH CAHPS Survey materials beginning with the 2024 Fall Survey.
