Updated Spanish ICH CAHPS Telephone Scripts Now Available

The ICH CAHPS Coordination Team has made some minor changes to the Spanish ICH CAHPS Survey Telephone Script. The changes are listed below for your easy reference. ICH CAHPS Survey vendors should note that these changes must be made in their CATI systems before the 2018 Fall Survey begins (and they should begin using them in the 2018 ICH CAHPS Fall Survey).

1. Q2: Added a question mark to the end of response option 4 in Question 2. Response option 4 now displays as, “5 años o más?” instead of the previous text, “5 años o más”.
2. Q20: Updated response option 1 in Question 20 to display as “Un injerto o “graft”,” instead of the previous text, “Un injerto,”. The addition of the text “o graft” has been made to better assist telephone interviewers with selecting the correct response option for situations where the survey participants reply with “graft” instead of “injerto” to this question.
3. Q59: Updated response option 4 in Question 59 to display as “Asiática, o” instead of the previous text, “Asiática,”
