Updated XML File Layout Now Available for the 2015 Spring Survey

A revised XML file layout is now available here on the ICH CAHPS website. This document reflects the changes made in the questionnaire and telephone script that will be used in the 2015 ICH CAHPS Spring Survey, including the deletion of the gender and age questions and the change to the wording of the question about language spoken in the home.

Please note that this XML file layout replaces the version used during the 2014 Fall Survey and also the 2015 Spring Survey version that was originally uploaded in early February and removed from the website shortly thereafter.
