Updated Spanish ICH CAHPS Telephone Script

Please note that the Spanish-language telephone interview script that was posted on the website recently was missing the skip instruction for response option 8 in Q57. When revising your CATI program for the Spanish-language telephone script to reflect the changes made to the ICH CAHPS Survey questionnaire that will be used in the 2015 Spring Survey, make sure that the program will skip to Q57a if the sample patient chooses response option 8 in Q57. The revised Spanish-language telephone script is located on the Survey Materials page.

Note that this skip instruction is included in the English-language version of the telephone interview script that was posted on the ICH CAHPS website in early January 2015.
