Discrepancy Notification Report Now Available

The online Discrepancy Notification Report (DNR) is now available on the ICH CAHPS Survey website. ICH CAHPS Survey vendors must complete and submit a DNR within 24 hours of discovering an unplanned deviation from the ICH CAHPs Survey protocols. Survey vendors can access the DNR via the Vendor Dashboard on the ICH CAHPS website. Instructions for completing the form are provided on the DNR.

More information about the DNR is provided in Chapter XIV of the ICH CAHPS Survey Administration and Specifications Manual, Version 2.0.
