Updated ICH CAHPS Telephone Script

Please note that the phone script has been updated to include a skip instruction to the DON’T KNOW response option in Q20 and Q37. If the sample patient does not know the answer Q20, the telephone interviewer must enter response option 4 for DON’T KNOW, at which point your CATI program should skip to Q22. Similarly, if the answer to Q37 is DON’T KNOW, the CATI program should skip to Q39 after response option 3 is entered in Q37. The revised telephone scripts in both English and Spanish are now available.
