Updated Sample ICH CAHPS Cover Letters

The ICH CAHPS Coordination Team has revised the ICH CAHPS sample mail cover letters for both the first and second questionnaire mailings. The new sample cover letters give specific instructions for sample patients who are receiving home or peritoneal dialysis to skip to Question 45.

The final sample mail cover letters in all approved languages are now available. Survey vendors can use the sample cover letters, or they may choose to develop their own cover letters, provided that the cover letter requirements described in the ICH CAHPS Survey Administration and Specifications Manual are met.
