Updated XML File Layout for the 2016 ICH CAHPS Surveys

A revised XML file layout for the 2016 ICH CAHPS Surveys is now available here on the ICH CAHPS website. Please note that all changes made to the XML were minor and do not affect how your XML file will be created. The following minor changes were made to the XML file:

• The following sentence was removed from the “Sample ID No.” row: This administration element also occurs in the previous header.
• The examples of SIDs were updated to reflect the actual format of SIDs (with year and period included).
• The date was changed to February 2016.
• The version number was updated to Version 4.0.
