Reminder: Quality Assurance Plan Submission Deadline is Tomorrow

As a reminder, survey vendors that administered and submitted a data file for one or more ICH facility clients for the 2014 ICH CAHPS Fall Survey must submit a Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) to the Coordination Team on or before 11:59 PM Eastern Time tomorrow, March 11, 2015. Final approval as an ICH CAHPS Survey vendor will not be granted until after the survey vendor submits the QAP and it has been accepted by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.

The online Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) submission tool is available on the ICH CAHPS Survey website. Survey vendors can access the Submit Quality Assurance Plan option under the “For Vendors” tab on the grey bar at the top of the website’s home page.
