Training Materials for the Introduction to the ICH CAHPS Webinar Training Session are Available

The agenda and presentation slides that will be used in the Introduction to the In-Center Hemodialysis CAHPS (ICH CAHPS) Survey Webinar training session that will be held from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time (ET) on February 11, 2015 are now available on the ICH CAHPS Website.

The training materials can be accessed by selecting the appropriate link under the "Training" tab on the ICH CAHPS Website. Please note the following.

• Participation the Introduction to the ICH CAHPS Survey Webinar training is required for survey vendors seeking to become a CMS-approved ICH CAHPS Survey vendor.
• Any subcontractors that survey vendors seeking to become an approved ICH CAHPS plan to use when administering the survey are also required to participate in this training session if they will have a significant role on the project.
• ICH facilities and other interested organizations are welcome to attend the Introduction to ICH CAHPS Survey training session, but participation is not required.
• An e-mail message containing instructions for connecting to the Introduction to the ICH CAHPS Survey webinar training session will be sent to all registered organizations by 5:00 PM ET on February 6, 2015.
