Registration is now open for the 2015 In-Center Hemodialysis CAHPS (ICH CAHPS) Survey Vendor Update Webinar training session.

• The ICH CAHPS Survey Vendor Update training will take place on Thursday, February 12, 2015 from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
• Survey vendors who wish to retain their status as conditionally-approved ICH CAHPS Survey vendors must have their designated ICH CAHPS Survey Administrator (SA) attend the entire session.
• The Registration form will close at 9:00 PM ET on February 10, 2015.
• We strongly encourage each ICH CAHPS Survey vendor to have all key ICH CAHPS staff, including data managers to attend this training session.
• All vendors who are using one or more subcontractors who have a significant role on the ICH CAHPS Survey must alert their subcontractors that they will also be required to register and attend the Vendor Update training session.
• Multiple people within an organization may attend the training session. However, only one Webinar access code will be assigned to each organization, so staff will need to gather in one location to attend the training.
