Important Information for Any Vendor Planning to Change Data Collection Mode or Use a New Subcontractor during the 2015 ICH CAHPS Spring Survey

Please note that ICH CAHPS Survey vendors can only administer the ICH CAHPS Survey using the data collection modes for which they have been approved by the ICH CAHPS Coordination Team. If a vendor would like to offer a data collection mode for which it has not been approved, the vendor must update its Vendor Application and resubmit for review by the Coordination Team.

In addition, if any vendor plans to use a subcontractor that was not included on the vendor’s original vendor application, the vendor must update its vendor application to include the required information about the subcontractor. Please note that any subcontractors that were not included on the vendor’s original application must register for and attend the Introduction to the ICH CAHPS Webinar Training Session that will be held on February 11, 2015.
