Next ICH CAHPS Survey Vendor Update Training Session and Key Dates for the 2015 ICH CAHPS Spring Survey

Vendor Update Training Session: The next ICH CAHPS Vendor Update Webinar Training will be held from 1:30 – 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on February 12, 2015. Each conditionally-approved survey vendor’s ICH CAHPS Survey Administrator is required to register for and attend this training. The update training registration form will be available on the ICH CAHPS website in early January 2015. Conditionally approved vendors can attend the Introduction to the ICH CAHPS Vendor Training on February 11, 2015 if they choose, but this is not required.
Upcoming Activities and Deadlines: The table below contains some key activities and deadlines related to the upcoming 2015 ICH CAHPS Spring Survey. A schedule for sampling and data collection for the 2015 Spring Survey will be announced within the next few weeks.

Vendors should advise their facility clients, if necessary, about completing the Authorize a Vendor Form on the ICH CAHPS website.
