Note that the data collection period for the 2014 ICH CAHPS Fall Survey ends on January 8, 2015. ICH CAHPS Survey vendors should finish processing survey data and submit the ICH CAHPS XML file for each of their facility clients as soon as possible after the data collection period ends. The Coordination Team will not accept any ICH CAHPS Survey data files after the data submission deadline. We therefore encourage vendors to submit data files early enough to allow time to correct any problems identified in the initial submission and to re-submit the files before the deadline.
