Updated ICH CAHPS Survey Sample File Distribution and Data Collection Schedule

The facility-specific samples for the CY2014 ICH CAHPS Survey will be available next week. Please note the following:
- The sample file for each survey vendor who has been authorized by one or more facility clients will be available on the ICH CAHPS website after 1:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on Friday, September 5, 2014.
- Each sample file will be encrypted and will require a unique sample file password to decrypt the file. The Coordination Team will send an email message containing the sample file password to each survey vendor on Friday, September 5, 2014.
- Vendors will have until 11:59 PM ET on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 to download and attest that they have taken ownership of their sample file.
- The deadline for submitting survey data for the CY2014 ICH CAHPS Survey to the Data Center is still 11:59 PM ET on January 28, 2015.
- The data collection schedule for the CY2014 ICH CAHPS Survey has been revised as shown in the table below. Please note that this schedule supersedes the data collection schedule included in the ICH CAHPS Survey Administration and Specifications Manual, Version 2.0 and the schedule that was presented during the July 16, 2014 ICH CAHPS Vendor Update webinar training session.
