Updated XML File Layout Now Available

A revised XML File Layout is now available on the ICH CAHPS website. This document has been updated to indicate that Q62a and Q62b (race follow-up questions) in the telephone script should only allow a single answer.  The corresponding Schema file (XSD) has also been posted.
