The training materials that will be used during the In-Center Hemodialysis CAHPS (ICH CAHPS) Survey Vendor Update Webinar Training Session that will be held from 1:00 to 4:00 PM Eastern Time on July 16, 2014 are available on the ICH CAHPS website at the following link.

All ICH CAHPS Survey vendors, in-center hemodialysis facilities and other organizations that registered to participate in the Vendor Update Webinar Training Session should have received an email message containing more information about the training session, including webinar and telephone connect instructions. If someone within your organization registered to participate in the Vendor Update Webinar Training session and you did not receive the connect instructions, please send email to to ichcahps@rti.org or call 1-866-245-8083 as soon as possible.
