In-Center Hemodialysis CAHPS Survey Vendor Update Webinar Training Session

The purpose of this announcement is to alert ICH CAHPS Survey vendors that the Coordination Team will be holding an ICH CAHPS Survey Vendor Update Webinar training session from 1:00 to 4:00 PM Eastern Time on Wednesday, July 16, 2014. The update training session will cover changes to the ICH CAHPS Survey materials and protocols and procedures since the Introduction to the ICH CAHPS Survey training session was held on February 10-11, 2014.

Each survey vendor’s designated ICH CAHPS Survey Administrator is required to participate in the vendor update training session. ICH CAHPS survey vendors who will be using one or more subcontractors who have a significant role on the ICH CAHPS Survey must alert their subcontractors that they will also be required to attend the Vendor Update training session.

The online training registration form to participate in the ICH CAHPS Survey Vendor Update Training Session will be available on the ICH CAHPS Website on or before June 6, 2014. All ICH CAHPS Survey vendors and their subcontractors must register to participate in the Vendor Update Training Session no later than July 3, 2014.
