The ICH CAHPS Coordination Team has made a number of changes to the ICH CAHPS mail survey questionnaire and telephone script. Click here to review a list of these changes. The final mail survey questionnaire and telephone script in all approved languages will be posted on the ICH CAHPS website sometimes within the next few weeks.
