The document that summarizes the differences between the ICH CAHPS Survey administration specifications used in calendar year (CY) 2013 and those that will be used starting in CY2014 as part of the requirements for the ESRD quality incentive program (QIP) for payment year (PY) 2016 and beyond has been updated to indicate that the prenotification letter that will be required for all data collection modes will not be personalized.
